Delivery Policy
UK DELIVERY
Delivery times are listed on the product page, but generally orders will be delivered 7 days from when payment is received
All goods within the UK are free of charge (within the UK mainland), they will be sent by Royal Mail 48hr tracked
EUROPE DELIVERY
Delivery times are listed on the product page, but generally orders will be delivered 10 days from when payment is received.
All goods within Europe are subject to a delivery charge of £10.00 sent by international signed for.
REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
Delivery times are listed on the product page, but generally orders will be delivered 14 days from when the order is placed.
All goods in the rest of the world are subject to a delivery charge of £12.50 sent by international signed for.
If you require a quicker delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Bespoke Jewellery
Allow 12 weeks from when design is agreed, if you require quicker delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. A 50% deposit is taken on all commission work at the beginning of the job. Balance to be paid on or before collection of final piece(s).

Refund & Returns Policy
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges as our pieces are one of a kind.
We can exchange goods only if faulty and if returned within 14 days of receipt.
Before ordering rings, please check that the size is correct.
All chain lengths are 18” unless otherwise stated, chain styles vary dependent on what is currently in stock.

All prices on the Krausz Jewellery website are correct and accurate at the point of sale and represent directly what the customer will pay.
We reserve the right to amend and change prices of products or shipping charges on the Krausz Jewellery website at any time, the updated prices will be shown clearly on the product pages as well as on the checkout which will include delivery charges.
The final payment price for each order (product price and shipping fee), is clearly marked on the checkout page where payment can be made using the following secure payment gateway, see below:
